A Day of Strategy, Experimentation & Scale

The third day of our     week of the program was fully dedicated to Growth Hacking. Designed to push teams beyond traditional marketing thinking, the day focused on experimentation, data, and scalable strategies to accelerate traction.

We kicked off the morning with a welcome session and warm-up to energize participants and set a collaborative tone. Shortly after, Fernando Jardim, ecosystem developer at Startup Genome, led an advanced Growth Hacking workshop that challenged founders to rethink how they approach customer acquisition, retention, and product-market fit.

Through practical frameworks and real-world examples, participants explored how to design rapid experiments, identify high-impact growth channels, and use data to validate assumptions. The session emphasized that growth is not accidental, it is engineered through structured testing, creativity, and relentless optimization.

In the afternoon, the focus shifted to personalized mentoring. During one-on-one sessions, each startup had the opportunity to dive deep into their specific growth challenges, refine their strategies, and receive tailored feedback from Fernando. These half-hour focused conversations provided clarity, direction, and actionable next steps.

The day concluded with stronger strategies, sharper metrics, and a renewed mindset: growth is a continuous process of learning, adapting, and scaling intelligently.
